WorkKeys is a job skills assessment system measuring "real world" skills that employers believe are critical to job success.

It is an assessment tool that defines, measures and certifies that individuals have the skills and abilities they need to succeed in entry-level work in the 21st Century workplace.

These skills are for any occupation - skilled or professional - and at any level of education.
